Carrot

Carrot, is colored vegetables yellow / orange which often also serve as crunchy and sweet snack. 

Carrot have a high content of vitamin A that is equal to 12 000 SI. Other substances contained in the carrots including calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, beta carotene, iron, vitamin B 1, and vitamin C. 


Carrot are very useful for eye health. Content of Carotene and vitamin A in carrots is good for helping to prevent night blindness and improve vision of the weak. 


 
Not only for the eyes, the content of Beta karotennya also can prevent and treat cancer, high blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels and remove the wind from the body.  While a high content of antioxidant carotenoids to combat the effects of pollution and passive smoking.


Carrots also proved good for the heart seizures, eczema and pinworms. Sores in the mouth, bad breath, bleeding gums and canker sores can be cured even with leaf chewing carrot.
